CONGRATULATIONS to Timothy Ponciano, who captured first place at the Group Level competition of the Rotary Club Speech Contest April 3, 2012, which was the third level of competition! Timothy represented A-TECH in a prepared, professional manner, which was acknowledged by the judges with his first place award! He was awarded a $150 check and a certificate of accomplishment.
