Timothy Ponciano represented A-TECH very well, again, as he captured the 1st place award at the Group Level of the Rotary Club Speech Competition Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
Timothy presented in a professional manner and truly captivated his entire audience.
Timothy will now move on to compete at the Regional competition on April 23, 2013.
