Congratulations to the A-TECH Architectural Design program that swept the awards for the local competition of the National Association of Women In Construction CAD Design Drafting Scholarship Awards Contest. Students were challenged to design a home in Grand Rapids Michigan. The home had to fit into the historic neighborhood of Heritage Hills and provide space for a foster family with six children having various handicapping conditions.

Brandan Siebrecht – First Place $500.00 and a 160 hour internship with MGM Grand.
Eric Tam – Second Place $300.00
Nasko Balaktchiev – Third Place $200.00

Brandan’s plan set now goes to regional judging, and hopefully national. Congratulations to all of our winners and the students in the Architectural Design Program.
