| When requesting a transcript, please fill out the form that is located outside of the Registrar/Banker office. You must allow 2-3 days for your request to be processed. Please return to the Registrar office to pick up your transcripts for they will not be delivered to you. If you have any question or concerns, please see Mrs. Gaston.
